Born from Sleepless Nights

Calm Evening Routine was born in 2024 from a deeply personal place. Our founder, after years of late-night screen scrolling, chronic insomnia, and morning exhaustion, decided to reclaim her evenings.

What began as a personal experiment — candles instead of screens, tea instead of coffee, journaling instead of doom-scrolling — quickly became a transformative practice.

Friends asked for her routine. Then friends of friends. Soon, we realised there was a real need: a gentle, accessible guide to help people build calm evening habits that actually work in real life.

Today, based at 10 Park Street in London, we've helped thousands of people rediscover the beauty of a peaceful evening. No expensive products. No complicated systems. Just simple, evidence-based habits wrapped in warmth.
