Calm Evening Routine was born in 2024 from a deeply personal place. Our founder, after years of late-night screen scrolling, chronic insomnia, and morning exhaustion, decided to reclaim her evenings.
What began as a personal experiment — candles instead of screens, tea instead of coffee, journaling instead of doom-scrolling — quickly became a transformative practice.
Friends asked for her routine. Then friends of friends. Soon, we realised there was a real need: a gentle, accessible guide to help people build calm evening habits that actually work in real life.
